Rapid Determination of Carotin from Carrot Juice

胡萝卜汁中由于含有较多的果胶，在进行胡萝卜素测定时，很难将胡萝卜素提取完全，造成较大的测定误差．本法采用了提取胡萝卜素时先加入无水Ｎａ２ＳＯ４洗涤净化，然后直接比色测定胡萝卜汁中的胡萝卜素，并进行了精密度、回收率试验和ＧＢ１２３８９－９０纸层析法进行了显著性差异检验，得到了较满意结果．

A simple and rapid method is described for the determination of carotin from carrot juice.Using the anhydrous sodium sulphate as abrading agent aid,the carotin was extrated cleaner by grinding.Than washing and purified it several times by 5% sodium sulphate solution.Carotin extracted was determined directly by spectrophotometry.Testing the accuracy is 1.7%￣2.67%;recovery is over 97.1%.This method is get satisified result compare with GB12389-90 paper chromatography.It can be mainly applied to the datermination of carrotin from carrot juice.
