摘要
分析了4004合金扁铸锭的气孔缺陷形成机理及产生的原因,并通过采取延长精炼时间、增加变质前的静置、采用三转子除气装置、提高铸造温度等措施,减少了熔体中的气体。通过对采取措施前后的铸锭表面质量进行对比,证明上述措施是有效的。
The formation mechanics and generate reasons of quality deficiency gas cavity on aluminum alloy 4004 flat cast ingot is analyzed. Decreased gas content in molten bath by the means of elongation refinement time, increase time of stationary before modification, application of three rotor degassing apparatus, increase temperature of foundry. Comparisons of before and after application of measure mentioned above, measures affectivity is proved.
