摘要
对WE43镁合金进行固溶和固溶后不同时间时效的热处理,得到五种热处理状态。分别对五种状态合金进行静态拉伸力学性能测试。用光学显微镜观察不同镁合金的金相组织,用SEM观察微观组织和断口形貌,用光学显微镜观察与断口相对应的显微组织。最后分析固溶和固溶后时效热处理下,WE43镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的关系。
This paper introduces that after solid solution treatment and precipitation heat treatment to the WE43 magnesium alloy, five heat treatment states can be gained. And then we carry through the stretch mechanics performance test to the five states alloy separately, observe the alloys' metallographic structure by optics microscope, watch the microcosmic structure and incision shape, watch the relative microscopic structure by optics microscope, and in the last analyze the relationship between the WE43 magnesium alloy's microcosmic structure and mechanics performance under solid solution treatment and precipitation heat treatment.
