The theory of Lean Production is put into effect and applied widely in the field of manufacturing industry,and has achieved great success. Depending on the productions with low cost and high quality, a lot of companies have enjoyed high reputation after putting it into effect. This thesis makes a brief introduction on the theory of Lean Production, and state some views on how to direct theory of mapping out production plans and how to apply to practice.
