摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了脓疮草中的微量元素铁、锌、铜、锰的含量；用硅胶Ｇ薄层层析分离了脓疮草中的生物碱。
The amount of iron(Ⅲ)、Zinc(Ⅱ)、copper(Ⅱ) and manganese(Ⅱ) of trace element in panzerina were determined by AAS.Alkaloids in panzerina were separated by thin layer of siliea gel G chromatogram and Flavonoids in panzerina were separated by thin film chromatogram of polyamide.
