麦草APMP制浆影响因素的探讨

A study on the influencing factors of wheat straw APMP pulping

对麦草APMP制浆的影响因素进行了研究,并比较了单段预处理与两段预处理的处理效果。通过实验发现,制浆过程中NaOH和H2O2用量是影响浆料性能的主要因素。增加NaOH可以明显改善成浆强度性能;增加H2O2用量则有助于提高成浆白度。预处理时间、温度及螯合剂的加入量都对成纸性能有所影响。单段预处理与两段预处理的麦草APMP相比,在相同化学品用量的情况下,两段预处理的浆料性能较优。

The influencing factors on wheat straw APMP pulping were investigated and the effects of single stage and two stage of pretreatment were compared. The experiment result shows that the charge of NaOH and H2O2 in pulping process is the main factors influencing the pulp properties. Increasing the charge of NaOH can improve the pulp strength obviously and increasing the charge of H2O2 can improve the brightness. Pretreating time, temperature and the addition of chelating agent can also influence the quality of the finished paper. Furthermore, comparison between single stage pretreatment and two stage pretreatment indicates that the pulp performance of two stage pretreatment is better.
