摘要
通过对主动离职医务人员的相关资料统计,分析青年医务人员职业忠诚度现状,探讨提高职业忠诚度的措施手段,以达到保持医疗队伍的稳定性,保持医院持续发展,减少社会资源浪费的目的。
Based on the statistical data from active resign health personnel, it had analyzed the current situation of professional loyalty from young health personnel. The goal of this paper is explored the measures need apply for improving professional loyalty, in order to keep the stability of health workers, reducing the waste of social resource, as well as maintain the sustainable development of the hospital
