Determination of Fatty Acids in Seed of Pumpkin by Capillary GC/MS

报道２－（±）－（４－氟苯甲氧基）丙酸及其衍生物（５～１０）的合成．化合物５～１０为尚未见报道的新化合物．其结构经核磁共振谱、红外光谱及元素分析所证实．

Sample of seed of pumpkin was extracted with a mixed solvent of ether and n-hexane and esterfied with KOH-CH3OH. Then they were determined by capillary GC/MS,and four fatty acids were found with the following composition:Plamilic acid:15.18%,Linoleic acid:44.43%,Oleic acid:36.55%,Stearic acid:2.32%.
