摘要
在介绍水平连铸机基本结构和工作原理的基础上分析了水平连铸钢坯凝固过程的传热特点,依据传热定律建立了描述水平连铸钢坯凝固过程的数学模型,并对其进行了仿真计算,得到了与实际相吻合的结果.
The characteristics of heat transfer of the solidification of cylindrical steel billets on horizontal continuous caster are analyzed based on introduction of the structure and working mechanism of horizontal continuous caster.The mathematical models describing the solidification of cylindrical steel billets are derived, and the simulating results agree well with the practice.
