摘要
研究了MnBiAlGe合金薄膜的磁光特性,并着重探讨Ge在合金薄膜中组分变化对磁光特性的影响,得出了当Ge为0.3时,其克尔角可达1.75°,是很有希望的新型磁光材料.
A study is made on the magnetooptic characteristic of the thin film composed by Mn Bi Al Ge alloy, In this alloy film, Mn, Bi and Al are fixed constituents while Ge is variable one. This is an alloy film with a Kerr angle approaching 1.75° in case x=0.3. It is a hopeful new type magnetooptic material.
