摘要
介绍了透射电镜（ＴＥＭ）位错象的计算机模拟技术及多束暗场模拟．应用该技术有助于澄清Ｌｌ２Ａｌ３Ｔｉ基有序合金中位错分解性质的争议，并确定了在５００℃变形的Ａｌ６７Ｍｎ８Ｔｉ２５合金中存在以ＳＩＳＦ方式分解的超点阵位错．
The computer image simulation technique, especially the modified multi beam dark field simulation developed recently is introduced to identify superdislocations in Al 67 Mn 8 Ti 25 alloy, which verifies the dissociation characteristic of superdislocations and is helpful to solve the argument on superdislocation dissociation manner.
