摘要
从现代服务业与城市发展关系的角度，介绍了纽约、东京建设国际贸易中心的经验，提出了上海加速建设国际贸易中心的对策。
From the point of view of relationship between modern services and city development, the article summarized the experiences of New York and Tokyo in constructing international trade center, and put forward the countermeasures that Shanghai should take in speeding up transforming Shanghai into international trade center.
