推动出口加工企业转向国内市场，应该成为扩大内需的一个重要抓手。由于目前内外贸在相关政策、市场制度方面存在差异和阻隔，因此必须推倒内外贸之间的高墙，实现尽快转型。通过实地调研，提出了一系列转型思路和政策建议。

It is significant to encourage the export processing enterprises cater for the domestic market in expanding domestic demand. Therefore, the existing differences and obstacles in related policies and market systems between the domestic trade and foreign trade must be broken down. The author brings forth some related ideas and suggestions.
