摘要
采用三维八结点等参元的有限元数值分析方法,对静载压痕残余应力测量的力学模型进行了简化,对其弹塑性变形过程进行了理论分析.结果表明,在一定的试验条件下,测点的轴向应变增量与其所受轴向应力间存在良好的线性关系,同时对试验参数进行了优化.
The model for a steel ball stastic pressed on a plate and formed indent process is simplied and the elastic and plastic properties of materials around the indentation are investigated with tridimensional 8 node isoparametric finite element method (FEM). The results show that the axial additional strain keeps line relationship with the axial stress around the indentation. The optimization of experiment parameters is also discussed.
