摘要
分析了增强体TiB和TiC在Ti中的原位生成原理,研究了利用B4C粉末与海绵Ti混合熔炼制备钛基复合材料的技术.结果表明,TiB和TiC以纤维状或树枝状的形式在Ti中生长,且分布均匀.
The pinciple of the in situ formation of TiB and TiC reinforcements in Ti is analysed.A new technology is explored to mix the B 4C particles and spongy Ti to fabricate the in situ(TiB+TiC)/Ti composite.The results show that the reinforcements of TiB and TiC are grown in fibrous and dendritic structures and their distributions are very uniform in titanium matrix.
