摘要
建立起一个由窄收缩区连接两个有限宽度电子库区组成的物理器件的突变模型.计算了通过收缩区的电导,由数字结果发现当收缩区的几何形状参数取适当值时,存在电导平台.
An abrupt model of the actual physical device, which consists of a narrow constriction connecting two electron reservoirs with a finite width, has been established. The problem of conductance of the constriction is solved. It is found from the numerical results that there exist conductance plateaus if geometric shape parameters of the constriction take proper values.
