运用数学规划方法探讨了道路功能优化模型的建立．通过对城市路网规划的特点及城市交通流的分析，得到了一个关于城市路网的供应能力和供应水平的多目标优化模型，并给出了一个关于模型计算的最优化方法．

Investigetes the problem of how to establish the functional optimizing model for roads by means of mathematical programming.By analysing the features of urban road net programming and the urban traffic flow,a model of multiple objective optimization is presented concerning their capacity and quality of serving the city,also an optimum algorithm is carried out as a suggestion for the model.
