摘要
用JYU-1000型拉曼光谱仪和新的LABRAMⅠ型技曼光增仪研究了Cu(Ⅱ)NACN和Cu(Ⅱ)NEAE及其与DNA的复合物在化学沉积法制备的银膜上的SERS光增特征.结果表明,化学还原沉积银膜是叶啉的拉曼光谱表面增强活性载体;两种仪器获得的结果具有谱峰一致性,但谱型和峰位略有差异;LABRAMI型拉曼光谱仪有高的激光利用率和快速获诺优势;在化学还原沉积镀膜上Cu(Ⅱ)NEAE部分插入DNA.
J Y U-1000 type of Raman spectrometer and the newest LABRAM Ⅰ type of Raman system were used to study the spectral characteristics of the porphyrins Cu(Ⅱ) NACN, Cu(Ⅱ) NEAE and its complex with DNA on silver film dpeited by chemical reduction. The resuhs indicate that, the silver film prepared by chemical reduction is the active carrier of SERS of porphyins; the peaks given by both of the instruments are coincident, but the peak shapes and shifts are different slighdy; the Raman spectrometer of LABRAM I has the higher utility of laser and quicker acquirement of spectra; Cu(Ⅱ) NEAE intercalates into DNA partl on the silver film.
