以TAN反相高效液相色谱法分离测定镓(Ⅲ)、锇(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)、铜(Ⅱ) 被引量:6

摘要 用1-(2-噻唑偶氮)-2-萘酚(TAN)作柱前显色剂,以反相高效液相色谱法测定镓(Ⅲ)、锇(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)、铜(Ⅱ)离子,固定相为Shim-packODS柱(15mm×6mm),流动相为含有5x10(-2)mol/L的漠化四丁锭,5×10(-6)mol/L的TAN,1×10(-2)mol/L乙酸-酸钠缓冲溶液(pH6.5)的甲醇(55%)-乙腈(5%)-水(40%)溶液,流量0.8ml/min用紫外-可见分光光度检测器于440nm处进行检测.在此条件下,镓(Ⅲ)、锇(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)、铜(Ⅱ)的得到很好的分离。该方法可用于镓(Ⅲ)、锇(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)、铜(Ⅱ)的同时测定. A reverse-phase high-Performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of gallium (Ⅲ).oswtum(Ⅲ), vanadium(Ⅴ) and copper(Ⅱ) with 1-(2-thiazolylazo)-2-naphthol was developed. The chelates on a Shim-pack ODS colunm (150m×6mm) was used as the stationary phase and methanol(55% )-acetionitrile (5% )-water (40% ) contationing 5×10(-6)mol/L TAN, 5×10(-2)mol/LTBAB and 1×10(-2) mo/L of acetate buffer (pH6. 5 ) was used as mobile phase. The spectrophotometric detection was at 440 nm. The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity, and can be applied to the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of gallium, osmium, vanadium and copper.
