禁食与进食对胃溃疡伴出血患者胃内pH值的影响

摘要 目的探讨禁食与进食对胃溃疡伴出血患者胃内pH值的影响。方法将127例胃溃疡伴出血患者分为实验组(52例)和对照组(75例),实验组患者给予进食冷流质(常温),对照组患者给予绝对禁食直至出血停止,分别观察两组在留置胃管后每天8Am、10Am、12N、2Pm、5Pm、7Pm、9Pm、11Pm胃液pH值的变化情况。结果实验组胃内平均pH值明显升高,平均pH值和pH值≥4的百分比均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论进食可以升高胃溃疡伴出血患者胃内pH值,减少胃酸对胃黏膜的损伤,从而促进患者康复。 Objective To explore the effect of fasting and food intake on intragastric pH value in patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by bleeding. Methods A total of 127 patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by bleeding were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group .The experiment group patient took food such as porridge (liquid), while the control group took no food until bleeding stopped. Intragastric pH values in the two groups were observed everyday at 8 Am, 10 Am, 12 N,2 Pm, 5 Pm,7 Pm, 9 Pm and 11 Pm. Result Intragastric pH values in the experiment group increased obviously, with pH mean value and the percentage of pH value ≥4 in the experiment group significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Food intake can elevate intragastric pH value and cut down the lesion to gastric mucosa caused by the gastric acid, and thereby boost patients' recovery.
