音乐疗法和穴位指压在斜视手术中的应用效果观察

目的观察音乐疗法和穴位指压在斜视手术中的应用效果。方法将126例局麻下行斜视矫正手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各63例,对照组按常规进行护理,实验组除按常规进行护理外,还实施聆听音乐、穴位按压护理措施。比较两组患者血压、心率、眼心反射、术后恶心和呕吐症状及患者对手术护理的满意度。结果两组患者在术中和术后血压和心率变化、术中眼心反射、术后恶心和呕吐症状及对手术护理的满意度比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论音乐疗法和穴位指压能有效稳定斜视手术患者的心率、血压,减轻术中眼心反射和术后恶心、呕吐症状,提高患者的满意率。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of music and acupoint therapy in strabismus surgery. Methods A total of 126 cases of strabismus surgery under topical anesthesia were equally divided into the study group and the control group. The control group received a conventional nursing, while the study group were given ECG observation of heart rate, blood pressure and respiration during the surgery, and in addition to conventional care, received music therapy and acupoint therapy. Result The ocular-cardiac reflex, heart rate and blood pressure stability, sense of comfort and patient satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of music therapy and acupoint therapy in strabismus surgery under topical anesthesia can effectively stabilize patients＇ heart rate and pressure, relieve ocular-cardiac reflex and post-operative sickness and vomiting and improve patients＂ satisfaction.
