摘要
目的:比较低年级本科护生不同暑期自主见习效果。方法:第五学期末问卷调查56名本科护生第一学年暑期和第二学年暑期自主见习效果,回收见习日志112份综合分析。结果:在总体效果上,第二学年暑期见习效果明显优于第一学年暑期(Z=3.625,P=0.000)。结论:指导性鼓励护生利用暑期进行自主见习并书写见习日志,尤其是第二学年暑期,可以让护生尽早了解职业现状;体会职业价值;激发主动学习积极性;促进综合能力的提高;促进理论联系实践。
Objective: to compare the effect of the autonomous probation during different summer vacation in junior nursing students. Methods:At the end of the fifth semester,56 nursing students were investigated on the effect of their autonomous probation in the first and the second summer vacation, 112 training logs were received and comprehensively analyzed. Results:The o- verall effect of the autonomous probation in the second summer vacation was superior to the first summer vacation (Z= 3. 625,P =0. 000. Conclusion:The nursing students are encouraged to conduct their autonomous probation in the summer vacation and to learn to write their training logs,especially in the second summer vacation, to make them understand the occupational status as early as possible, understand the vocational value, arouse their enthusiasm of initiative learning, promote their overall capability and improve their combination of theory with practice.
