循证医学和PBL结合教学模式在妇产科见习中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 循证医学强调"以人为主"的临床研究证据,有利于制定合理的个体化治疗方案;以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)可以提高学生学习兴趣和自主性。在妇产教学中以PBL教学方法为基础,辅以循证医学的理念,通过对学生的循证医学相关知识进行调查和根据调查情况对学生进行针对性培训,引导学生提出临床问题并指导学生寻找答案。应用循证医学与PBL结合教育新模式,有助于培养学生的实践能力和创新思维。 Evidence-based medicine,which emphasizes on "people-based" clinical research evidence, is conducive to the development of reasonable individualized treatment plan. PBL can increase students' interest and autonomy in learning. PBL with the idea of evidence-based medicine has been applied in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Students are trained according to the survey results of the students' knowledge on the evidence-based medicine. Students are guided to raise the clinical problems and to find the answers by themselves. PBL combined with evidence-based medicine is helpful to developing the students' practical skills and innovative thinking.
