摘要
分析了直喷柴油机燃烧室形状对气缸内可燃混合气形成的影响,探讨了通过燃烧室结构设计的优化,以改善直喷柴油机提高功率后排气烟度增大的问题,并对缩口型、四方型、花瓣型三种新型燃烧室与普通ω型燃烧室的性能进行分析比较.
The effect of the type of DI diesel engine combustion charnber upon mixture formation in cylinder liner is analysed. And also discussed is by optimizing combustion chamber design to solve the worse emission problem which occurs if DI engine output is enlarged. The performance of re-entrant, square type and 'turbulent step' re-entrant combustions chambers are analysed and comparized with that of toroidal combustion chamber.
