摘要
本文从反应速度论和平衡论的观点出发,通过理论分析,得到了铁水中[Si]浓度和诸操作条件变更对[Si]浓度影响的推算式,在用国内外高炉操作数据进行模拟计算的基础上,验证了模型的合宜性。
From the viewpoints of theory of reaction speed and theory of equilibrium,the siliconcontent in molten iron,and the influences of relative operating conditions on it,havebeen analyzed.Thus,an expression for silicon content in molten iron has been obtainedwhich is confirmed by a large number of published data,hence,recommended for esti-mating silicon content in molten iron under various operating conditions.
