摘要
目的:定量分析椎管及脊髓的动态变化及机制,评价其临床意义。材料和方法:33例体检及志愿者行中立、前屈、后伸位MRI检查,分别测量椎管矢径及脊髓矢径,计算脊髓/椎管矢径比值。结果:颈椎各椎间盘水平椎管矢径前屈位>中立位>后伸位;脊髓矢径后伸位>中立位>前屈位;脊髓与椎管矢径比值后伸位>中立位>前屈位。结论:颈椎屈伸位MRI扫描以一种无创而简便的方法证实了前屈位椎管增宽,脊髓变细,缓冲间隙增大;后伸位椎管变窄,脊髓矢径大于前屈位,缓冲间隙减小。
Purpose: To assess the dynamic changes of spinal canal and the cervical cord in healthy individuals quantitatively. Materials and Methods: Thirty-three healthy individuals and volunteers were studied in neutral, flexion and extension positions with MRI. The diameters of the cervical cord and spinal canal were measured, the ratio of the cervical cord to spinal canal were obtained. Results: The diameters of the spinal canal at the level of disc were as the following orders : flexion 〉 neutral 〉 extension. The diameters of the cervical cord were as the following orders : flexion 〈 neutral 〈 extension. The ratio of the cervical cord to spinal canal was as the following orders : flexion 〈 neutral 〈 extension. Conclusion : Flexion and extension MRI of the cervical spine shows that, at flexion, an increase of the spinal canal and an decreases of the diameter of the cervical cord were observed, so space around the cord was increased, however, at extension, a narrowing of the spinal canal and increase of the diameter of the cervical cord will be observed, so space around the cord will be decreased.
