非洲鸵鸟盲肠盲端的解剖学与组织学观察 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究非洲鸵鸟盲肠盲端的组织结构特点,采用大体解剖和常规石蜡切片HE染色技术对1月龄和12月龄非洲鸵鸟盲肠盲端进行了解剖学与组织学观察。结果显示,在非洲鸵鸟盲肠盲端的固有层中有大量的淋巴滤泡。1月龄非洲鸵鸟的盲肠盲端在固有层形成一层炮弹状淋巴滤泡,淋巴滤泡被结缔组织分隔,而12月龄时,固有层形成散在扁圆形的淋巴滤泡。表明,非洲鸵鸟的盲肠盲端与盲肠前段有很大差别,在盲肠盲端形成一个特殊的免疫器官,并且随着年龄的增长发生很大变化。 In order to study the histological characteristics of blind-ending caecum in African ostrich, the anatomic and histological structures of blind ending caecum of 1-month-old and 12-month-old African ostrich were investigated respectively by gross anatomy,conventional histological section and HE staining. The results indicated that there were abundant lymphoid follicles in the blind-ending and they formed a layer which was made up of shell-like lymphoid follicles in tunica propria of the blind-ending caecum of 1-month-old ostrich,and all the lymphoid follicles were isolated by areolar tissue, while in 12-month-old ostrich lymphoid follicles changed into oblate and scattered. There were obvious differences between the blind-ending and the anterior segment of caecum in African ostrich. A special immune organ was formed in the caecum blind-ending, and it changed greatly with age.
