摘要
为揭示奶山羊乳腺的形态学发育规律,采用光学显微镜和透射电镜技术系统地研究了奶山羊乳腺发育过程的显微结构和超微结构变化。结果表明,奶山羊乳腺的发育是一个连续的过程,分为青春期、妊娠期、泌乳期和退化期4个阶段,其发育过程中的组织学变化与其他反刍动物基本相同,与啮齿类动物存在一定差异。对奶山羊乳腺发育全过程的组织学观察,完善了其生后发育的形态学资料。
To reveal the regularity of morphological development of dairy goat mammary gland,the mi- crostructure and ultra-structure of dairy goat mammary gland were observed by HE staining,light microscope and TEM ultramicrotomy. The results showed that the mammogenesis of dairy goat was a successive process including virgin, pregnancy, lactation, and involution. The histological changes during mammary development approximately matched with other ruminant mammogenesis but differed from that of rodents. The observation consummated the morphological data of postnatal development of dairy goat mammary gland.
