摘要
目的探讨老年泌尿系统感染的临床特点。方法分析135例老年泌尿系统感染患者易感因素、临床特点及诊断经过。结果经治疗后,126例临床症状消失,尿常规正常,清洁中段尿培养阴性,5例1个月后复发,4例死亡。结论老年泌尿系统易感因素多,临床症状不典型,易复发,诊断应综合分析病史、症状及辅助检查,以早发现治疗。
Objective To explore clinincal characteristics of urinary tract infections in the elderly patients. Methods Analysis of 135 cases of urinary tract infections in elderly patients with risk factors,clinical diagnosis and treatment. Results After treatment, 126 cases of clinical symptoms disappeared, normal urine checks, clean urine culture -negative ,5 months after a relapse,4 deaths. Conclusion Elderly urinary system have more susceptible factors,clinical symptoms are not typical and easy to relapse, the diagnosis should be a comprehensive analysis of medical history, symptoms and examination with a view to early detection and early treatment.
