海洋石油某基地25岁以上职工心电图异常情况调查

Investigation report on cardiogram abnormality of employees over 25 years old from one CNOOC base

目的调查海洋石油某基地职工心电图异常情况及影响因素。方法按统一方法抽样调查海洋石油某基地25岁以上职工5010人,了解其心电图与血压、血脂、血糖及体重指数等因素的相关性。结果5010例职工中心电图异常率为21.56%,且随着年龄增加,心电图异常率增加。45岁以上人群增加幅度较大,为23.87%;65岁以上老年人心电图异常率明显增加为51.48%。心电图异常组中血压异常率、血脂异常率、超重肥胖发生率及血糖异常率均明显高于心电图正常组。结论海洋石油某基地职工心电图异常率较高,其原因与社会经济发展,工作紧张程度,生活方式,高血压,肥胖,血脂、血糖代谢异常有关。

Objective To investigate the cardiogram abnormality of CNOOC employees and its effects. Methods We examined the blood pressure,cholesterol levels, blood sugar level, weight and the interrelationship of 5010 employees over the age of 25 from one CNOOC base. Results The rate of cardiogram abnormality was 21.56%, which increases with age. The cardiogram abnormality rate reached 23.87% over the age of 45 ,and the rate was 51.48% over the age of 65. Compared with people having normal cardiogram, people with abnormal cardiogram had an obviously higher rate of abnormal blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol levels,abnormal brood sugar Revels and excessive weight. Conclusion The rate of cardiogram abnormality of the employee from the CNOOC Base is higher than the normal level. The causes include fast development of the society or economy, stress of work, the life style and obesity resulting in high cholesterol levels and abnormal blood sugar metabolism.
