摘要
目的观察PTEN在胃癌组织当中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生的联系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测PTEN蛋白在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜中的表达。结果PTEN在正常胃黏膜和胃癌中阳性率分别为100%,64.4%。PTEN表达与胃癌的分化程度高低、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。结论PTEN的异常表达可为胃癌诊断和判断其生物学特性提供可靠的指标。
Objective To study the expression of PTEN in gastric cancer and discuss the relationship between its expression and gatric cancer. Methods PTEN protein was dectected with SP immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of expression of PTEN protein in GC and GBD were 100% and 64. 4%. The positive expression of PTEN in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with the histological type,invation depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, and no relationship with the patients＇ age and the location of tumor. Conclusion The unnomorl expression of PTEN in gastric cancer play a key role to determine biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
