多层螺旋CT后处理技术在足骨骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术在足骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对32例足部损伤患者采用16层螺旋CT扫描,获得CT轴位图像,在工作站上进行后处理[多平面重建(MPR)和容积重建(VR)]。结果本组足骨正常5例,跟骨粉碎性骨折8例,跟骨粉碎性骨折后致慢性骨髓炎、骨质疏松4例,距骨骨折5例,骰骨骨折2例,楔骨骨折4例,跖骨骨折4例。MPR+VR联合处理得到的图像质量优良率明显高于单纯MPR及轴位断层图像(P均<0.05)。结论16层螺旋CT后处理技术图像质量高,有利于足部骨折的诊断,指导选择治疗方案、制订手术计划。 Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) with its 3-dimensional reconstruction( 3- D) and muhiplanar reformation(MPR) in the diagnosis of fracture about the pedis. Methods 32 patients with pedis injury were examined with axical scanning of 16-slice SCT,3-D and MPR was acquired with reforming axial imaging of 16-slice SCT on workstation. Results There wre 5 cases of normal pedises, 8 cases of splintered fracture of calcancus, 4 cases of chronic osteomyelitis with osteoporosis after splintered fracture of calcaneus, 5 cases of fractures of talus, 2 cases of fractures of cuboideum, 4 cases of fractures of cuneiforme, 4 cases of fractures of metatarsale. The rate of good image quality obtained from MPR + VR was significantly higher than that from MMP or CT. Conclusions VR and MPR of 16-slice SCT can afford good quality image which will benificial to the diagnosis of fracture of pedis and selection of surgical plan.
