计算机配色软件SRICI—PPI及其准确度评价

摘要 本文介绍了一种用于颜料/塑料、涂料、油墨计算机配色的软件 SRICI—PPI 的基本光学原理及其算法。该软件以 Kubelka-Munk 理论的双常数法为基础,采用三刺激值相等条件下推导出的矩阵方程计算配方。其准确度经与国外两种不同类型光学理论为基础的颜料配色软件平行比较,具有令人满意的结果。试验证明,不同类型的光学理论并非是软件配色准确度的唯一决定因素,而采用更为复杂的3—flux 理论进行设计的软件并不能从性能/价格比上取得明显的改进。 There are some different points of view in using which kind of optical model for colorformulation software.Comparison of experimental results of three software packagesbased on different optical models was made in this article.The SRICI-PPI colorformulation software developed by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry isbased on the 2-flux optical model of Kubelka-Munk theory.Its accuracy was estimated bycolor formulation experiments for plastics and was compared with other differentsoftwares.One was CGREC developed by CIBA-GEIGY and based on 3-flux opticalmodel.Another was MM-350 PAK2 developed by MILTON ROY/DIANO and whichis based on the same optical model with SRICI-PPI.The experimental results showed thatthe difference of color formulation results between SRICI-PPI and CGREC was not big-ger than that between SRICI-PPI and MM-350 PAK2.That means the optical model isnot the main reason for the difference of accuracy.On the other hand,the software wouldbe much more complex and must use more expensive computers if it was based on the3-flux or multi-flux optical models.But only a little improvement on accuracy could begained.
