新疆环塔里木盆地经济圈农业产业化发展分析

Analysis on the Agricultural Industrialization Development in the Economical Circle of Xinjiang's Tarim Basin

在当前推进社会主义新农村建设的进程中,农业产业化作为新时期农业和农村工作的主题,既是新阶段推进农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的重大举措,又是破解"三农"问题、增加农民收入、促进农村发展的现实选择和突破口。本文分析并阐述了新疆环塔里木盆地经济圈农业产业化在发展进程中的现状,总结出新疆环塔里木盆地经济圈发展农业产业化的优势条件和存在的主要问题,将理论和实践相结合,提出促进新疆环塔里木盆地经济圈农业产业化发展的对策及建议。

In the process of the current advancement of socialism new rural construction, the agricultural industrialization is not only significant action of advancement of strategic adjustment agriculture and the rural economy structure on the new stage, also is the realistic choice and the breach of resolving the question of ＂three agriculture＂, enhancing the agriculture competitive ability, increasing the income of farmer, to promote the development of countryside. This paper analyzed and summarized the present situation of development of agriculture industrialization in the Economical Circle of Tarim Basin, and analyzed the superior condition of development of agriculture industrialization and the existence main question. At last, unifies the theory and the practice, the paper proposes the policy suggestion.
