The water-resource-polluting situation of China is becoming more and more serious, with the result that the red light has already been on to the rapid development of China economy. So, preventing water resource pollution is extremely urgent. After analyzing the status quo and the cause of the water resource pollution, the author starts with angles such as administration, law and economy mainly, tries seeking effective approaches to controlling water pollution, and structuring harmonious sustainable development society.
