摘要
分析了农业技术信息服务系统的现状,提出了一种基于WEB技术和GSM短信技术的农业技术信息服务系统的构想并给出了系统总体设计方案。
We analysed the current situation of the information service system of agricultural technology. We have put forward the idea of a kind of information service system of agricultural technology based on WEB technology and GSM message technology and provided the overall design plan of the system finally.
