摘要
本文根据精馏塔内能量传递和转换特性,导出表征塔内能量品位变化的因子—θ。并以θ—Q_r 为输出图形,开发出“精馏系统图示有效能分析”软件,可以直观地显示出塔内有效能损失的分布情况。由图形可直接比较各板(或段)之间有效能损失的大小。以芳烃分离系统中的二甲苯塔为对象,用该软件进行了分析,并以总有效能损失最小为目标,对此塔进行了改进。
Basing on a new parameter θ which shows the variation of energy level in distillationcolumn,a computer program GEADS for graphic energy analysis of various steady statedistillation systems was developed.It is depictive,visual and easy to use.By means ofGEADS,the energy analysis and evaluation of xylene tower in the extractive separationsystem of aromatics was carried out.Taking the minimum total energy losse as the objec-tive,the installating conditions of inter-reboiler in the xylene tower were optimized,and itsenergy-saving was calculated hereby.
