高频震荡通气在治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 机械通气是治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的主要方法。合理应用机械通气可降低病死率,否则其所造成的负面影响可能给患者带来不可挽回的损伤和死亡。高频振荡通气(HFOV)是一种高频率、小潮气量的通气方式。通过高于常频通气的平均气道压保持肺开放状态,可减轻机械通气时肺组织反复开闭造成的呼吸机相关肺损伤。近10余年通过对HFOV气体交换原理、作用、不良反应以及与常频通气治疗效果的比较研究认为,HFOV可改善氧合和气体交换,但目前没有足够的证据证明其可降低成年人或儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征的病死率或长期发病率。
