嗜碱粒细胞与支气管哮喘发病机制的研究进展

摘要
嗜碱粒细胞是支气管哮喘(哮喘)炎症发生过程中重要的效应细胞之一,它通过IgE介导引起组胺、缓激肽等血管活性介质释放,导致支气管黏膜水肿、黏液分泌增加、平滑肌收缩、气道痉挛,引起哮喘急性发作,并可诱导气道嗜酸性细胞等炎性细胞浸润并引起气道高反应性,还可以通过促进辅助T细胞2类细胞因子的表达促进哮喘的发展,并引起主要的气道炎症,最终导致气道重建。因此,进一步的研究可为哮喘的发病机制和治疗提供新的视角和途径。
