α-aetinin-4与肾脏疾病研究进展

摘要 α-actinin-4为辅肌动蛋白家族成员之一,广泛表达于体内各种组织或器官,在肾脏主要表达于肾小球足细胞。α-actinin-4具有多种生物学功能,其不仅参与细胞迁移,并可作为信号分子参与信号传导过程。α-actinin-4的编码基因ACTH4点突变导致局灶节段性。肾小球硬化,呈家族性常染色体显性遗传。研究发现多种。肾脏疾病均存在ACTH4突变或α-actinin-4分布及表达的改变。该文就α-actinin-4的生物学功能及其与肾脏疾病的关系作一综述。
