摘要
IEC61850确定的通信模式及系统体系结构是当今变电站自动化发展的趋势,也是未来数字化变电站的支撑基础。介绍了应用IEC61850标准的220kV变电站的继电保护设计方案,该方案使用常规一次设备和符合IEC61850标准的智能二次设备结合的模式,对数字化变电站的建设方案与常规系统的兼容模式进行了研究,并对保护GOOSE应用实例进行介绍分析。同时,根据实际工程经验对如何在实际工程中应用IEC61850标准提出了建议。
The communication mode and architecture-based on IEC 61850 is the development tendency of substation automation and it is also the base of digital substation in future. This paper introduces the design scheme of 220kV substation relay protection for application of IEC 61850, which adopts a mode to combine the normal primary equipments with IED according to IEC61850 specification. It studies the design scheme of digital substation and the compatible mode of conventional substation. The paper also analyzes the instantiation of GOOSE application. It has reference meaning for understanding the development tendency of substation automation and studying how to apply IEC 61850 in practical engineering.
