摘要
介绍了UG软件的CAD/CAM功能。以一瓶体为研究对象,通过UG CAD对其进行造型设计,进而设计出加工该瓶体的模具;然后将高速切削应用于模具加工中,分析了模具加工方式以及加工参数,使用UG CAM对整个制造过程进行设计仿真,并通过后置处理输出NC(数控)代码。最后通过VERICUT仿真软件证实了CAM的有效性。
The UG CAD/CAM software is applied in a bottle mold making. After modeling, the tool is designed within the system. Then the strategy, path and parameters, of high speed milling has been analysed and verified. The NC code is generated by post processor.
