How Liu Shaoqi Do Well Work of United Front:Take Case of ‘Talk in Tianjin ’

1949年,刘少奇受党中央委托到天津视察工作。在此期间,他深人基层,听取各方面意见,同干部、工人、职员、资本家等座谈,在不同场合作了多次讲话。重新学习和正确理解这一讲话,一方面可以使我们进一步认识它对建国初期发展生产、保持社会稳定所起的历史作用;另一方面对我们今天建设有中国特色社会主义经济、继续执行党的统一战线政策仍有深刻的启迪。

Liu Shaoqi, requested by the central committee of the CPC, inspected at Tianjin in 1949. During the inspection, he came to the basic unit and talked a lot at different situation, including educating leaders of Party members to unite the social stratum of industry and commerce to resume rapidly the production, supporting the private owned enterprise to lead the economic development, propagating the policies of united front to communicate the relationship of labor and capital, correcting the mistakes of left of unite the social stratum of management, etc.. Liu Shaoqi ＇ s these talk still enlightens us to know further its historical role in production development and social stability at the beginning period of new China, and also to build the economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics and continue to carry out the Party＇s policies of united front.
