实践性是我党延安时期边区党性教育的特性,以"抗大模式"、"陕北公学模式"和"中央党校模式"为代表,干部党性教育呈现多元并进的局面。其时代性、科学性和世界性的品格和实践经验对当下的党性教育具有重要的启示作用。

Practicality was the characteristic of the Party ＇ s party spirit education in Yan ＇ an period. Taking patterns of political and military school of anti - Japanese imperialism, public school in north of Shaanxi and the party school of the CPC central committee as representatives, the party spirit education had the presence of multeity, its contemporary, scientific and worldwide nature and its practical experience had important enlightenment on the today＇s party spirit education.
