摘要
班级是学校的微观组织,在传统的班级管理模式下,班主任享有主宰地位和话语霸权。班级本应是学生实现个体价值和师生共享智慧的场所,若在班级管理过程中引入心理契约理论,则在一定意义上能够满足这种价值需求。班级心理契约就是班主任与学生之间的一系列相互的期望,以及双方之间的一种责任、义务、承诺与互惠。文章在分析班级心理契约的特征和功能表现的基础上,提出了班主任构建和维护班级心理契约的基本策略。
Classes is the micro-organization in the school. Class teacheres have the spoken supremacy and dominated status in tradition class management model. Classes should be a place where students realize their individual value and both teacher and student enjoy the intelligence. If bring the psychology contract theory into class management, we could be satisfied this value requirement in some sense. Class psychology contract is a set of mutual-expectation, a kind of responsibility, obligation, permeation and benefit between class teachers and students. After analyze the characteristic of class psychology and the manifestation of function, we try to give class teachers some tactics for build and safeguard class psychology contract.
