摘要
本实验采用正交设计法选择槌果藤巴布剂基质制备工艺条件。确定以初粘力和持粘力综合得分为槌果藤巴布剂基质制备工艺评价指标,以影响巴布剂基质成型的四种基质:聚丙烯酸钠、甘油、甘羟铝、酒石酸为因素,以四种基质的用量为水平,并对结果进行直观分析和方差分析,优化槌果藤巴布剂基质处方。优化的基质处方最佳配比为聚丙烯酸钠:甘油:甘羟铝:酒石酸=1∶10∶0.067∶0.033,在25℃炼合20min涂布。按最佳工艺条件制备的槌果藤巴布剂基质具有良好的延展性,外观平整光滑,且能满足黏弹性要求。
This study adopts the method of orthogonal design to optimize the matrix components of Capparis spinosa cataplasma formulation. Four matrix agents were compared based on the several physieochemical indexes including initial viscosity and lasting stickiness. Subsequently, the matrix components of Capparis spinosa cataplasma were optimized by means of orthogonal design. The optimal proportion of the matrix components was made from sodium polyacrylate: glycerol: dihydroxyaluminum: aminoacetate: tartaric acid = 1 : 10: 0.067 : 0.033, the best preparation technique of cataplasm is smelting 20min, temperature in 25 ℃. The matrix components of Capparis spinosa cataplasma showed moderate viscosity with good spreadability and humectant.
