摘要
为满足城市绿化需要,研究了常春藤微繁的培养基和培养程序。MS培养基中除附加BA、NAA外,添加GA3,能促进芽的增殖和生长。本文主要讨论了GA3的作用和较适宜的浓度。常春藤茎尖、茎段培养较适宜的培养基为MS+BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+GA31.0~2.0mg/L。生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L。
To satisfy the need of city greening ,the tissue cultural media and process for Hedera nipalensis var.sinensis were studied. Apart from BA and NAA, GA 3added to MS medium could promote the multiplication of bud and growth. The study show that the suitable media for shoot tip and stem culture is MS +BA4 0mg/L+NAA0 2mg/L+GA 31 0~2 0mg/L ,and 1/2MS +NAA0 2mg/L for culture of the plant.
