摘要
通过对珍贵树种黄波罗的４个不同类型的插穗进行两次采集并以不同的生根激素、不同的激素浓度和浸泡时间进行扦插正交分析试验，得出了大树伐根当年生萌条经ＮＡＡ５０×１０－６ｍｇ／ｍｌ浸泡６ｈ后，扦插效果最佳。
Phellodendron amurensis is a special hardwood commecial species in Northeast China with different rooting hormones, different consistencys and different soak time , four typy cuttings of phellodendron amurensis selected in two different time are tested. The or- thogonal test results show that the rooting rate of the cuttings from old stump , use NAA 50 × 10-6 mg/ml with 6h soaking time is optimun This method can be used to get cutting seedlings of phellodendron amurensis to plant in field.
