摘要
随着中国矿业迅速发展,矿产资源开发中的生态补偿问题也日益突现出来。讨论了生态补偿的内涵及理论基础,生态补偿的基本原则,现实需求、现实意义和国内近年来生态补偿实践中所获得的宝贵经验,进一步探讨了生态补偿的实施标准和补偿方式及途径,并以煤炭资源开发利用为例具体探讨了生态补偿的标准体系。
With the rapid development of mineral resources in China, ecology compensation question appears day by day in the development of mineral resources. The article expounded some aspects about ecology compensation, such as connotation, theoretical principle, basic principle, realistic demand, practical significance and domestic valuable experience derived from ecological compensation practice in recent years. The implementation standard, compensation mode and way of ecology compensation were further discussed, and the development and use of coal resources were taken as an example to discuss the standard system of ecology compensation specifically.
