宝清县位于黑龙江省东部三江平原腹地,区内湿地经过50a的开垦,把茫茫沼泽变成了良田万顷。伴着湿地的开发,降雨量逐年减少,干旱年份增多;地下水位持续下降,生态环境逐渐恶化。要想改善生态环境,保护和恢复湿地是当务之急。
Wetlands of BaoQing region after 50 years of reclamation, vast expanse of fertile land were turned into a swamp 10,000 ares. Accompanied by wetland reclamation, rainfall decreased, drought years increased, groundwater level continued to decline, ecological environment deteriorated, protection and restoration of wetlands is a priority.
